The Merida Speeder 10-V is a flat bar road bike for which makes a great bike for exercising or commuting for the entry-level rider. The Speeder is a reliable flat-bar road bike with its lightweight alloy frame and steel fork with vibration damping qualities. The geometry of the Speeder puts you in an upright and comfortable position which is noticeably different to drop bar road bikes and is a great solution for the rider that wants that road bike style with added comfort. The 3×7 speed Shimano Drivetrain has the range of gears for you to really test yourself and get fit, commute with speed or just glide up any climb.

 

The 10 V is equipped with more budget friendly V-brakes which are more than capable of giving you confidence inspiring control. This bike is entry-level Speeder and therefore if you step up to the Merida Speeder 20 you get hydraulic disc brakes as well as minor spec improvements across the bike, although the overall design is the same. The Merida Speeder 10-V is the perfect bike to get started with, ready too roll on bike paths or streets in comfort with your friends or on your commute.
